Each item is manufactured by us individually. With respect to the items being an unstructured item, manufactured according to the individual specifications indicated by the Customer, to meet its individual needs, as provided for in Art. 38 pt 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the Customer shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract referred to in Art. 27 of the aforementioned Act.

If you find a defect in your order, you can put a complaint. Just write us an e-mail at order@famfara.com.pl containing information such as the Buyer’s name, symbol of the item, the name of the item and the reason for the complaint. We will then send you a message at your email address about the receipt of the complaint and the foreseeable date of settlement the complaint.
